What to include

Most questions are answered faster when the first message already has the details. Where it applies, tell us:

• Your operating system and Chrome version.
• Whether the DemoLens Helper is installed — the extension popup says so, and it changes how zoom behaves outside the browser.
• What you expected to happen, and what happened instead. A screenshot or a short clip is worth a lot here; reply to our first message with it attached.
• For anything billing-related, the email address on the subscription.

Before you write

A few things come up often enough to be worth checking first.

Zoom is not triggering inside a tab. Auto-zoom fires on a rapid triple-click. Chrome does not allow extensions to run on its own pages, so a blank new tab, the settings pages and the Web Store will never zoom from the extension alone — the DemoLens Helper tracks the mouse at the system level and covers those.

Camera or microphone is unavailable. A device can be missing, in use by another app, or blocked at the operating-system level. Recording continues without it, and the extension names which device it skipped.

Billing and cancellation

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your dashboard, and cancelling leaves Pro active until the end of the period you have already paid for. If something looks wrong on an invoice, email us and we will sort it out.

Security issues

Please report vulnerabilities through our security page rather than this address, and give us reasonable time to respond before disclosing publicly.

Your recordings stay yours

Recordings are captured and encoded entirely in your browser and are never uploaded to us — so we cannot look at a recording to diagnose a problem. If a specific take is misbehaving, describe it or send us a clip yourself. What we do collect is set out in the privacy policy.
